1. Idealouge about necessary actions:

  • Create a list of good ideas/ steps/ activities on your own
  • Collect/develop/exchange (“steal”) ideas during three group discussions of ideas, writtendown by each participant
  • Agree on the three best ideas in your group and write it down


Results on necessary actions:

  • Needs analysis
  • Practicing, implementing and evaluation of facilitation
  • Documentation & reports (on the blog)
  • Two training meeting with: trainers (some of us who wish to practice being a facilitator) & trainees (also external, little fees, e.g. to pay Juliane’s mobility)
  • Whole day for evaluation & feedback (as a pay back from trainees)

  • Creation of Blog and Webside
  • Report on first meeting
  • Question for need analysis by April 15th
  • Virtual meeting for revision
  • Facilitation training in Berlin inFebruary, 2009
  • Educational Center Slovakei/Kosice August 21st – 27th, 2009
  • Training days, 1 cultural day, 1 evaluation day; combined with Slovakian CulturalFestival
  • Application & evaluation of learned facilitation methods in ownorganizations
  • Second Training November 26th –December 1st, 2009 in the mountains of Poland: Running own facilitation; prepare application for NICO2 (Grundtvig Learning partnership), feedback session with experts andexternal trainees
  • Further applications & evaluation ofleaned facilitation methods in ownorganizations
  • Additional Training April 2010 in Sweden
  • Final meeting Berlin June 2010 together with Grape People festival
  • Publication
