Our focus is on facilitation for creating sustainability in projects. Projects create the best environment for driving learning and new ways of thinking. Effective facilitation can truly release the potential in people and enable groups to "think together". Facilitation adds an important dimension to projects - it´s not only what you do that matters but also how you do it/how you manage the people process, how you create involvement and commitment. Mötesverkstan have many years of experience in working with various kinds of change projects in Sweden and internationally. We are responsible for an executive program in Strategic Project management at the Berghs School of Communication in Stockholm, Sweden.
